Overall rooms were updated and cosy and had a microwave oven, climate control and an individual safe. It was spotless, exceptionally comfortable beds. Pleasant staff plus the breakfast was satisfactory. London International airport was hardly 23 minutes away by car.

Unexpected warmth amidst challenges
The staff greeted us like family. The extra pillows were a good touch, our comfort throughout the night.
Unfortunately, the bathroom door did not lock properly, resulting in an uneasy feeling. The overall room showed signs of age, disappointing compared to expectations.

My wife and I loved everything, it was a very comfortable, clean and enjoyable stay. We really liked the walk in shower. Also the staff was very helpful, professional and courteous.

The decor was fantastic, loved our room & en suite. Breakfast was fantastic but, a little expensive...I doubt most folks eat $16 worth of food before dashing off first thing. Your desk staff was fantastic.
Bathroom could use a better cleaning...loved the white tile but it shows everything. I'm fussy about that stuff tho.
